Clients include early-stage companies in the tech and biopharma sectors, with Yvonne counseling them on complex transactions from ideation to exit. Yvonne also founded and leads Diversiply, an online wholesale marketplace that builds relationships between retailers and suppliers from diverse backgrounds, increasing revenue generation opportunities for POC-owned businesses via wholesale placement.
