Ugly Talk: The Night You Register the Company

Most people with a business idea never get past the kitchen table. They keep refining it, talking about it, and waiting for the perfect moment—but never make it official.

This evening is for the people ready to cross that line, and for new founders who registered recently and are now asking: what happens next?

Three founders will tell the story of the pivotal moment they decided to go all in. Not the raise. Not the exit. The ordinary day they filled in the form, registered the company, and began the first 90 days of building it for real.

Stop calling it a side project. Come and register the company.
