Mellie Chow is an angel investor, venture partner at Archangel Network of Funds' Axion Fund, and a product innovation executive with 20+ years of experience across telecom, healthcare, fintech, and government sectors. She previously served as Executive Director of Product Research at Comcast and holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Waterloo and an MBA from Kellogg/Schulich. Her investment focus spans GovTech, HealthIT, FinTech, and Digital Health at the Seed and Series A stages.
